Judi Harvin is the owner of Focus Yoga in Brookfield. Yoga is considered to be an exceptional way to soothe stress, but why? And what aspects about yoga are the most effective for calming? Judi will teach several yoga techniques that can be used almost anytime to calm anxiety, irritability, or nervousness. These techniques will include stretches, pranayama, or breathing techniques, and simple meditations. She will explain the philosophy behind these practices. You will leave class feeling more balanced, and have access to tools you can practice in your car, office, or home. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
